You suffer from asthma and after eating a 'sunday dinner' whichis roast meat and roasted vegatables and gravy and stuff why do you start getting chesty and wheezy?

You could have food Allergies. Also many people eat far too fast and when they eat they gulp in air. Although Asthmatics needs more air this isn't type of 'pushed air' they need. Keep a log of the foods that you eat and see if there is a pattern. If you eat fast and gulp your food down learn to eat slower.
