Hi,
The obvious answer is an MBA . But do keep in mind the technological advances happening in the world today, so you would also have to be updated for the same so that you are productive from Day 1 and naturally become the PREFERRED choice of the recruiters.
You have the following options:
1. The world is moving towards something called as Business Intelligence. This is the new way by which businesses function in today's environment.
2. Along with your MBA also learn relevant BI technologies. I know this does not sound your type; but believe me that it will open up a pandora's box of jobs with awesome salaries for you.
I suggest you research more and have a better understanding before you commit yourself to any program. Still better is to visit your nearest NIIT center or call up NIIT's toll free number 1800-102-6448 from the comfort of your home and get all the details.
