Make an appointment with your Obstetrician for a time after you miss your next period. Then, you'll know you are at least 2 months along. Depending on the size of your uterus at that point, s/he should be able to give you an estimate as to the due date. Back in the day (before these easy pregnancy tests), most women put a note (or symbol) on their calendars the day they got their period--just to keep track.

It is possible to have what appears to be a normal period when you already pregnant; so that can throw off your calculations. A doctor can estimate the date of conception based on the size and growth of the baby, but sometimes it is not as accurate as we'd like.
Ask your doctor.
