You cant install Microsoft FSX in the installshield wizard you only have the options repair and Remove when you manually deleted it once?

for information, by "manually uninstalled" i mean deleting c:\programe files\microsoft games\microsoft flight simulator x
i have ran CCleaner, and removed the registry (i think).
i cannot use the "remove" feature of the wizard, it says it cant sind a file then closes
