fuel, compression, spark, timing, that's what it needs to run, something must be missing
UNDER THE HOOD THERE WILL BE A DIAGRAM
The problem could be a problem of lack of fuel and spark. May be your battery is low to start the car. It can also be because of a blown fuse or a bad fuel pump. Check the car well to identify the specific problem.
A 1991 Honda Accord could be overheating if the radiator has a leak. There could also be a problem with the head gasket.
It could just be your starter...
Does the (check engine )stay lit when you start from cold if not then check the engine oxygen sensor may need replacing or the turbo has been replaced and could be blowing out the spark
the timing is off make sure that you timed it to piston #1 i have a 1991 wrangler that had the same problem when i rebuilt it.
I had the same problem with my legend and I replaced the main relay: Started right up!
Overheating often warps the head. If the heat was high enough then the engine block could be ruined as well. Check the compression to see if it is still in the right range, this will help determine the amount of damage.
Have the alternator checked out.
If your 1991 Mitsubishi Mighty Max dies after you start it up it could be one of several issues. There can be issue with the batter, fuel relay, or distributor.
Now that is a very good question. If you could possibly explain the problem you are experiencing someone could help you.
Sounds as though you may need a new starter. I had the same problem on my car so I replaced the starter. If you hear a clicking when you turn the key then it is definitely the starter.Should cost around $100 for a new one with a warranty.
