Do lunges and jump up and down it worked for me.
Call the doctor, like now
Losing a mucus plug can occur several weeks before you actually deliver. It is not a sign of labor or pending labor. You will know when your contractions are true when they don't let up upon resting or after walking. Try taking a warm bath or shower to relax. When your contractions are every 5 minutes lasting at least a minute for an hour, then you will want to contact your doctor.
when you start feeling pelvic pressure and your contractions are that regular, that usually means that you're in true labor and you need to call your doctor to let him know and he will tell you what to do from there. hope this answer helped, good luck and congratulations!!!
Should be right after, since normally water breaks after you feeling contractions in minutes apart as sign of early labor phase
Have you spoken to your doctor, obstetrician or midwife about this yet? If not, I really advice phoning them or going to the hospital because your contractions are pretty close together. It is possible that these could still be Braxton Hicks contractions. But they could be the start of labour. It's important to get checked out.
to let in more light. (also, some drugs cause false dilation)
30 minutes
that would be braxton hicks (false contractions) its your bodies way of getting you ready for the actual labor. You can look up more about it on the internet, I did it during both of my pregnancies, its very irritating and normal :)! Congratulations!
This is normal! However, once you become 7 cm dilated is time to get to the hospital. Even if your water breaks you don't have to go to the hospital until your contractions are 5-7 minutes apart.
Call the hospital an ask their advice but they will probably tell you to wait until the contractions are coming every 5 minutes
In this phase, contractions are longer and more regular, usually occurring about every two minutes. These stronger contractions are also more painful.
