It doesn't make a difference; if you have been reliably diagnosed with Asthma at any age, it's an automatic medical DQ for service in any military branch.

You feel that if you do not join the marines you will not be honoring the marines that came before you and you feel that you HAVE to join in order to show respect is this a bad reason to join?

Yes. Join the Marines because you want to. If you do not want to join for your own reasons, no one else's reasons are valid. You do not have to live up to anything, certainly not anything others have done. Be your own person. There are better ways to honor the Marines than joining without a passion for it. Work for veterans' rights, for example, and to protect the helpless, to defend the cause of justice. Anyone can follow orders to shoot and drop bombs on people. It takes a hero to work for peace.

What do you do if you want to join the marines but your girl doesn't want me to go to war?

My boyfriend wants to join the marines and I respect it but I hate it. I would hate if he died over in war and then I would never hear him say I love you again. She doesnt want to lose you. What you could do is take a military job but you are staitioned at Quantico or something in the United States! If I was her I would never want to see you go to war but she will understand no matter what.

Can you join the marines with asthma even if you pass the physical exam?

If you pass one of two tests 1) Methacholine Challenge or 2) The physical test you should qualify medically but you should understand that these tests only come after making sure that you haven't had to use an inhaler for a while. You can take tem but you probably want be passing if you have been needing to use an asthma inhaler and the methochoine challenge could be potentially dangerous if you do have respiratory problems

Is it bad that joining Marines comes before your education family and friends when you are 13?

Considering that the Marines value education, it is bad. Marines want loyalty, not people that would abandon their families. Finish high school and join the Marines when you turn 18. Meanwhile, keep a clean record and get physically strong. so no smokey smokey :)

How is asthma done?

i want to ask question about what should be done with asthma

Why would anybody ever want to join the marines?

You will feel a sense of pride for the rest of your life after serving. You will know you have done something good for the community. It not all about wars but also about helping people. Don't forget Toys for Tots. Those smiles on those kids faces live with you forever. The Marines teach young people respect and discipline and is a great way to learn a trade. You will experience things in the Marine Corps that all the money in the world couldn't buy you. The experiences and people you meet will live in you forever. So the real question is why wouldn't someone want to join the Marines?? Why join now?

Why do you want join TCS?

As TCS is my dream company. It is number one IT company of India. Here i can grow my skills.

Would you want to join the us army or US Marines for a combat mos and why?

That really depends on you and what you want out of it. If you plan to enlist only for one term then get out, I'd advise against it, as it will leave you with zero real world job skills.
