There is a difficult-to-see panel on the inside of the vehicle near the floorboard on the driver's side. I think the one for the radio may also handle the power mirrors but I'm not sure.
Confirmed. On a 2001 Carnival LS, the fuse for the radio is the same one indicated for the power mirrors, and its the fuse for the console clock as well. There is also a fuse marked "Audio" in the engine compartment fuse box, but not sure what that is for.
