yes, a crime is still a crime, it doesnt matter when it was commited
I would assume that if you were deported you were not a legal citizen or you have committed a crime to be deported back to whatever country you come from unless you cash out your 401k.
You can deported if you are here illegally and not a citizen. A citizen can't be deported from their own country, but they can go to jail for committing a crime.
I am traveling as a senior citizen and would like a goop place to go. I really love camping so where can I find a senior citizen campground?
only if the child isn't a citizen, if he is a citizen then you would have to fly (plane) him over to wherever you live.
Yes the illegal would be deported and the U.S. citizen who entered into this fraud marriage fined and possibly jailed.
The cost of an Italian travel package for a senior citizen would depend on the length of travel, types of accommodations, and the origin of the trip. There is a good chance you would be able to get a senior discount, though.
NO because they werent born in the US they just moved there .
If by "alien," you mean an illegal alien, and not a creature from outer space, being a 69 year old senior and having a home do not generally exempt him. He would need proper papers, or to become a citizen in order to stay in the country legally and not risk being deported.
That would depend on agreements between the two countries involved. For example if a UK citizen commits certain crimes in USA there are agreements between those two countries for that citizen to be deported to the USA to answer for his/her crime. However that citizen cannot be deported for a crime commited against the UK.
sure (:
You can receive a discount an a rental car if you are a senior citizen. AARP members receive special incentive on new car purchases with there membership.
No ... how would then a senior citizen drive a car (a common occurence everyday) with a foot that long? Think!!
