You can't use American coupons in other countries unfortunately. The exchange rates are different so the amounts printed on the coupon don't apply across boarders.
Made by Giti Tire of Singapore and sold in Walmart. -I have no reports of good or bad. - Personally, if I could get an American or Japanese tire for a few bucks more, I would. The guy behind the counter at Walmart whispered to me they are better than Walmart Goodyear tires.
Yes, Walmart is open on April 6th, 2012.
Yes, I think Walmart would be a very good place to find a cheap, affordable wine cooler. They also have a wide variety so you'l have a good selection to the style and features you want, and many different sizes too.

I live in Canada, so we don't have Targets here. But we do have Wal-Marts, and you can usually get good makeup there. I get all my makeup from there, and it is cheaper there than at Shoppers Drug Mart, or another drugstore. They have brands such as Covergirl, Olay, New York Colour, Maybelline, etc. I would recommed Exact Eyelights by Covergirl. They really bring out a persons eyes! You can get some nice eyeshadow with more than one colour in walmart, too.
You can get Glade coupons on sites such as redplum, the Walmart website, and even Glade's official website and by writing in to them. Another good online website that has coupons such as these is retailmenot.
Walmart has decent prices on fancy feast in cans, or shoprite.
You can check out the mailers from Walmart. Sometimes they offer cheap oil changes. You can also check out your weekly mailer for coupons from places like Precision.
Usually any big box store such as Target and Walmart has a good deal on stock pots. Usually the best place would be Bed Bath and Beyond as they have good coupons and an excellent return policy.
Their printable coupons are usually only good on certain items. The coupons in their ads in store and in the paper are usually on total purchases. I would continue to use the in store coupons if I were you, but the printable coupons can be useful as well.
Find an electronics store such as Best Buy or WalMart and sign up for a newsletter and see if they have coupons. Searching for them in a newspaper is also a good way to go.
That all depends on what coupons you have. They would be good to use while on vacation somewhere if you fly there. They would also be good to use while your car is in the shop at home.
A good place to find decent coupons for the Home Good store would be to look at www.ultimatecoupons.com/homegoods_coupons. They carry a variety of store coupons.
Usually any big box store such as Target and Walmart has a good deal on pans. Usually the best place would be Bed Bath and Beyond as they have good coupons and an excellent return policy.
Walmart coupons are on a case by case basis. Some coupons will guarantee a discount on everything over a certain price, such as $19.99, others are in a particular category, such as clothing or electronics. They also have gift cards with a certain amount of money able to be put on them, that is a universal card and can be put towards anything. The only thing you will find that may be omitted is firearms or ammunition depending on if your Walmart sells them and what your local laws are.
there are many sites that offer coupons that you can print off and use where you shop. Blogspot is a good website for finding coupons and i would reccomend looking there for detergent coupons.
I tend to go to Walmart. If you have one in your area that does oil change and tire service. I have always had good luck with them, and they have been the most affordable. You can also check online, sometimes you can find places having special deals, I saw one place that had coupons for Walmart.
