Andrew Lloyd Webber has written a sequel to The Phantom of the Opera. It will be titled Phantom: Love Never Dies. It will be based off the book The Phantom of Manhattan and take place 10 years after the original story ends. It will open in the fall of 2010. Ramin Karimloo from the London production and Sierra Boggess from the Las Vegas production are set to star in it in London and on Broadway.
There are rumours that Andrew Lloyd Webber is going to be making a sequel to "The Phantom of the Opera". Supposedly, it will be titled "The Phantom of Manhattan", and is based on a book that was made as a sequel to Gaston Leroux's book "The Phantom of the Opera", but by a different author.

∙ 14y agoWith the way the 2004 version, with Gerard Butler as the Phantom ended, I doubt it, because a main character died at the very end, and without them they couldn't or shouldn't have a reason to make a sequel.
Although the main character did die in the end of phantom of the Opera, that was way in the future when they are old. The sequel "Love Never Dies" has trailers available on YouTube.
