∙ 11y agoNot likely, at least not any time soon. Prof. Stephen Hawking of Cambridge University has pointed out intelligent life is unlikely to exist within 100 light years, or we would have picked up their signals already. Even if aliens are nearby, they probably won't bother us. We are so primitive that they would probably just leave us alone. Other planets that don't harbor life have resources that they would use first. Even if they DID attack us, they would probably destroy us in a matter of minutes. So I wouldn't lose any sleep on it.
