They should. Some keys can cost hundreds of dollars to replace. Factor this into your final price, or demand that they provide a spare key to complete the deal.
Note that after-market keys may not have the full functionality of the original. For example, the 3rd-party replacement key for a Grand Caravan will unlock the vehicle, but will not allow the engine to start.
