However, Satan who has the power to possess the body of some unrighteous person, can cause that person to harm others. I would like to add that Satan does get the blame me for many things when in fact it is we humans who are to blame.
Mature people will own up to their mistakes and apologize if it is a necessity whereas some people would rather blame others because they honestly believe it is not their fault and cannot balance bad behavior from good behavior. However, these types of people are seldom happy within themselves and inwardly have no peace inside of themselves knowing they can be wrong; blame others when they shouldn't but don't know how to deal with it.

One cannot assign blame 70 odd years after the fact. What transpired happened, many people did things, some knowing what was going on, others oblivious, or ignoring the fact and others stood by and watched/looked the other way. To assign blame or responsibility is not only futile, it is wrong.
