well your friend my not forgive u because they are still shocked of what you did. If it is something small they may forgive u but if it is a big problem give your self a while to cool down. And then come back to it when u are over it.
Sometimes, your friend may be a little insecure and feel the need to treat u like garbage before accepting ur apology. It happens. Others might just be because of the enormity of what u did. if it was a small thing, explain to them that u are really sorry. if its a big thing, do the same, but dont rush it too much
