Clothing that is too tight can cause joint and circulation problems, among others.
Because when your exercising you are obviously moving around allot so if you wear clothes that don't support you you could hurt yourself or damage your clothes for example; your pants could rip, your bra(for girls) could break or you could damage stuff on the inside of your boob's if you are doing jumping or running exercises(it hurts),you could do like the splits and get stuck or cut the circulation in your legs(It happens allot to me),or some clothes wont let you do certain moves right so you could easily deform your body.
And if ur a girl wearing skimpy clothes will give other people a certain image of you that you dont want(I hope) and I will give you a little tip(If you go to a work out room in a spagetty strap (where your boobs are flying everywhere) and short shorts you will look like a loser or a skank I guarantee you:)So unless you a wearing a sports bra and yoga pants dont wear reveling things:)
it depends how you think of the word "clothing" because in alot of sports they need padding to protect themselves and i some other sports you need clothing to help you go faster, or in some cases just to look good in the sport your playing.
Exercise clothes don't necessarily have to be loose, as long as they allow for freedom of movement. Leggings or yoga pants, for example, are tight fitting, but they're stretchy and flexible enough that you can easily move around in them. Same with tights that dancers wear. I actually prefer tighter clothes so that they don't get in the way or flop around while I'm moving.
it helps it easier to move and you will have more space for muscular body
Bodybuilders should wear comfortable and stretchy clothing. Regular gym clothing limits the range of muscle movement and can be ineffective for bodybuilding.
Of course not!! It's the opposite! Everyone should get proper exercise everyday =]
b. during an intense exercise routine
You should try to remove your clothing before sex.
I am a Physical Therapist. MG pts. do not realize the rapidity of which there muscles fatigue during exercise... With proper timing of exercise repititions (usually slow to moderate speed),and proper intervals of rest (recuperation between exercises -usually 3 to 5 minutes) MG patients can successfully exercise without undue fatigue . Each patient is different and should consult with a licensed and skilled Physical Therapist before and during any rehabilitation program
Formal unless it invilves excercise, then wear appropriate clothing for said exercise.
Mainly, you should use warm clothing, if you expect it to get cold outside.
No, it is a myth, In fact you must exercise during periods as it will help ease out the pain and also distract you.
Flexibility training
Extra physical activity tend to have increased blood loss during menstrual periods. So women should not go for exercise during menstrual period.
