I had the same thing happen to me recently. I'm not an expert, but lately I've been eating healthier and I have been exercising more, so I don't think that this change in you or in me is necessarily bad. If you're experiencing diarrhea, then obviously you're sick and you should consult your doctor about possible illnesses and treatments. Otherwise, I think it is perfectly healthy and normal to have this occuring. It is easier on the digestive system. It also means that you are eating more fiber. If you eat a lot of meat and fish, these don't have a lot of fiber, and consequently it is harder to, well, poop. If you started eating a lot more whole grains, vegetables, and fruit, then you have nothing to worry about, and keep on eating :)
