There is not really a right answer, but it is my belief that since the government cant control it they dont want anyone to really have it. It is legal on a state level but not on a federal level and i dont think it ever will be legal on a federal level. Marijuana has been around since 2700 B.C. or something like that, but its only been recently that the government has made it illegal. It was back in the 1930's when they made it illegal.

∙ 11y agoWeed is illegal because the government cannot stop people from growing it, therefore they cant make all of the money from it... even though they would make bank, they're too selfish when it comes to money and they want it all. That's the real reason, they just say its bad for you and make up fictitious facts about it so that people don't lose their faith in the Government
