The answer is simple enough, Islam's holiest book the Quran teaches muslims that it is their duty to subdue the world and implement Sharia. Some muslim's who I call fundamentalist's take it and run with it, they support jihad and other forms of subduing the world. Other muslims just don't, they say they interpret the Quran differently. However, if you read the Quran (as I have) it is not that subjective and clearly it is the most hateful book ever written.

While there are terrorist incidents performed by Non-Muslims, Muslims are disproportionately responsible terrorism. In the last ten years, over 85% of terrorist incidents and 85% terrorist-related fatalities were perpetrated by Muslims. Considering that Muslims are roughly 23% of the world population, this is quite an amazing statistic and merits some explanation.

There are numerous factors involved:

Islamism and Jihadism
Islamism is not a religion; Islam is the religion. Islam is a religion and Jihad is a religious concept within Islam. Islamism and Jihadism, however, are political ideologies whose goal is to bring the religious tenets of Islam into the daily functioning of a government and its laws. Jihadism is a form of Islamism that not only wishes a particularly repressive version of Islamic Law to be instituted, but believes that violence in defense of the faith is the preferred way to do this. Jihadism, like Islamism, is a political ideology rooted in Islamic religious concepts. There are certainly Qur'anic verses that can be read by those seeking to be intolerant and violent of good grounds to do so. Q: 3:19 claims that the only religion that is acceptable to God is Islam. Q: 3:110 claims that Muslims are the best people in all history. Q: 8:55 claims that those who disbelieve are the worst of animals. Q: 9:29 argues for the repression and inequality of Jews and Christians before Muslims. Q: 2:216 argues for fighting against "enemies" even if you would prefer not to. There are numerous other verses that support this connection. While it is only a minority (between 10-20%) of Muslims who are Islamists and a far smaller number (<3%) who are Jihadists, almost all Islamists and Jihadists are Muslims and these small percentages still translate into millions of people. It is important to note that the validity of Islamism and Jihadism exist as only one reading out of many possible readings of the Qur'an, which is why there are many legitimate readings that condone secularism.

Western Foreign Policy
Muslims have a strong sense of humiliation over Western colonization, the subsequent repressive and authoritarian secular regimes that were supported by Western countries, and the numerous wars fought by Westerners in Islamic countries. That form of rage is easy to exploit in convincing young men and women to perform violent acts.

Economic Disenfranchisement
In many cases, the lower rungs of terrorist groups are made of people who literally have no money. They see their joblessness and unemployment as hopeless scenarios and see the possibility of religious, political, and social goals being achieved through violence as being a unique form of personal relevance.

General Unrest
The Middle East and many other parts of the Islamic World are inherently unstable societies because they are ruled by authoritarians and/or the countries are divided into numerous fractions.

Are Muslim extremists terrorists?

It depends on how the question is read as to what answer is provided. If it is read as: Are Muslims all extremists and terrorists?, then the answer is clearly no. There is a very small percentage of Muslims who are both extremists and terrorists. There is a somewhat larger population who are extremist but are not violent. However, the majority of Muslims are neither extremist or terrorist. If it is read as: Are all Muslim extremists also terrorists?, then the answer is still no, but this is less obvious. Extremism in Islamic doctrine does not necessarily lead to terrorism. It may lead to increased prayer, increased devotion, earlier marriage, more children, etc. We can note many non-violent extremist Christian groups in the US, such as the Fundamentalist Church of Latter Day Saints, the earlier Puritans, etc. While most Muslims who are also terrorists come from an extremist background, there are many more extremist Muslims who are not terrorists than the amount who are.

Are the Islamics ashamed of the terrorists in their race?

Every religion has extremist and terrorists. The people themselves have nothing to be ashamed of because they are not the ones committing the acts of terror. It's not "Islamics", it's Muslims. And they have no reason to be, there are terrorist in ever religion like the person above said. There are people like "terrorists" in this world. It's a part of human society, therefore, Muslim's don't need to be ashamed. And also to add, NOT ALL MUSLIMS, are terrorists. Most of them aren't.

In most Islamic states why is the US and its culture opposed?

The reason that the US culture is opposed is because of all what Americans are doing. They are putting Muslims on the spotlight and they are framing all Muslims for what some people are doing. The people known as Terrorists claim to fight in the name of Islam, but they are not. In Islam, one of the major sins is killing yourself or others. This is why the Terrorists are not Muslims, even though they claim to be. In America, since people don't understand this, they go and think that all Muslims are like this, and one can't judge a Muslim by the actions of non-Muslim Terrorists. This is why many Islamic states, like Iran, don't like the US and its culture.

Do muslims believe in killing?

There is the pervasive stereotype that Muslims are terrorists because the vast majority of terrorism worldwide is currently perpetrated by Muslims. Of course, these actions represent little more than a rounding error in the overall Muslim population, but their consistency combined with the fact that most Westerners do not have consistent interactions with Muslims has bred this stereotype.

Which is an example of prejudice caused by inductive reasoning?

An example of prejudice caused by inductive reasoning could be assuming that all members of a particular group are lazy because you have observed a few individuals from that group who were not motivated. This generalization based on limited observations can lead to unfair bias and discrimination against the entire group.
