Regular exercise is very important because it only does not keep us physically fit but mentally also.

Some main benefits of exercise are:

It helps us to maintain our ideal body weight which reduces the chances of getting number of diseases like, Diabetes, Hypertension and other Heart related problems, Arthritis, etc.

Exercise improves the circulation of blood through our heart and blood vessels and helps in supply of oxygen and nutrients to our tissues. Regular exercise helps us to sleep better. Exercise stimulates the brain, giving happier and relaxed feeling.

It can boost our confidence and improve self-esteem and help prevent depression.
