cuz we humans are very complex so we can only drink clean water but since there is polution we can no longer drink water from a stream or lakes or rivers and stuff like that. you could drink ocean water but that would taste horrible. :D

Some people in certain geographical areas haven't the means to access fresh water supplies or to treat the water for human consumption.
