because they dont want to get in trouble and have there parents find out
People lie and cheat because they are afraid to admit the truth. Either they think that they will get into trouble, or they think other people will laugh at them. If you lie a lot, people will stop believing anything you say, and if you ever try to make someone understand you, it will be harder because they will think you are just lying again. Cheating (lying by pretending something someone else did is your own work) hurts you because you never learn how to do the work yourself, and when you really need to be able to do whatever it is, you won't know how.
Well if you were an educator in any capacity, you would have no trouble answering this question. As it is I would advice you not to lie as working with youth development when you are not fit to do so may harm the youths you are supposed to be helping.
Spankings hurt children physically & emotionally and as they get older they become more aggressive and bully others. It can result in fear and the child will lie rather than tell the truth. Spankings don't teach the right lesson it shows that hitting is the way to solve problems. Edit: That, according to experts, is not true. Spankings, when used correctly, are a good way to discipline your children. Please see related link below for more information.
Logic is description. The importance of logic in reference to education is that if a student understands the logic and reasoning behind a given aspect of reality, then he/she may be able to adapt and grow, using the same reasoning, in times of difficulty. If a student just memorizes definitions without understanding why the words are defined as they are and why they are used in a given manner, then the student will only be able to understand those few words, versus the entirety of the language and definitions.
