My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is the modern version of the 80s show/toy line "My Pretty Pony." by Hasbro. Then name was changed to "My little Pony" after Hasbro bought the rights, and made it into an actual show to help sell the toys. There have been 4 generations of the show since it's start. "Friendship is Magic" is the current version that exist today, and started on 10/10/10. It has surprisingly attracted a huge group of adult males known as bronies, who watch the show, talk about it online, and even go to My Little Pony conventions. Although it sounds strange, and many have still yet to hear about bronies, bronies have increased in amount, and are becoming a much more common thing to see.
