Mercury is colder then Earth (at night) when its facing away from the sun, mercury doesnt have an atmosphere to keep the heat in so once it faces away from the sun the heat from the sun cant get to the dark side of mercury, therefore its cold at the dark side of mercury.

Mercury's night side is colder than Saturn, because it receives no light from the Sun, and Mercury has no atmosphere to transfer heat to it.

Saturn is colder as it is further away from the sun wether Mercury is the closest planet to the sun, and hence is very hot. To answer your question, Saturn is colder.
