Why ia a silver surface used at the back of the solar panel?
The silver surface is there to reflect the heat back on to the solar panel. thats if any heat has gone through the solar panel

Usually solar panels are placed on the roof a building but depending on the design it could be placed anywhere. .
Solar panels have a wide number of uses in their current state of technology. They were first developed for use in space, powering satellites and other equipment. They still p…reform a very useful function there. Remote applications are another great use. Power signs on the sides of roads or small telemetry equipment (weather stations etc) are also great applications. Some homes are equipped with solar panels to supplement their daily consumption. If you are willing to spend the money, they provide wonderful backup power there too.
My guess is that integrating solar panels into pre-existing energy networks would be difficult and costly. You also have to wonder how many solar panels we would need to repl…ace the electricity we use. I imagine it would take very many solar panels just to keep a corporate building in power. I assume there would also be much protest towards solar panels coming from the electric companies. If we all switched to solar, the electric companies would either go out of of business or be forced to convert.
To keep the solar heat from emitting out
They are used everywhere.
For electricity. Solar panels are alot more effective in space than on earth because the atmosphere absorbs alot of the suns emissions.
It is good for the environment.
They use an unlimited energy source. Which helps reduce the need for burning coal or using other limited resources for energy.
solar panel = assembly of solar cells, which is used to absorb solar energy from the sun and then this energy is converted into electrical energy by the solar panel to use it …commercially.......
Solar Panels are devices that use the sun's energy or solar energyand converts it to electrical energy which is then transferred toappliances. It is an environmental friendly …device. It does notproduce greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide. If you look on witheconomical views, it saves you a lot of money and is a boon tomankind.
Nothing to use. Installation costs are quite high and may take some years for the savings on fuel costs to pay for them.
Yes i live close to a person who has 20 solar panels but their is a catch you have to pay a separate bill for then because the government doesn't want you to have free electri…c .
To keep heat energy from emiiting out of the object
Copper is an extremely efficient conductor of electricity with very low resistance. It virtually eliminates the loss of voltage/amperage when the electricity from the solar ce…ll is being transferred to a battery or the power grid.
Not 100% sure here but i believe it is to reflect the sun back towards the panel to double the efficiency by making use of both sides of the panel.
