Oh but i just found it weird that at that moment when i took the antibiotics i took amixicillin mitrondozole(something like that) and ibruprufen 500mg for both and ibruprofen 600mg and it just hurts and it also feels like they wear off after 4 hours or so

What's happening is that your infection keeps getting worse and it takes 2-3 days for an antibiotic to build up enough in your blood to kill off enough of the infection that you will notice an improvement. This is why you must take all of the antibiotics even after you feel better - because there is still infection inside your tooth that must be destroyed by the rest of the antibiotics.
