In some states it basically is left up to the person. I believe that there has to be some type of regulations, but really no more than there are on alcohol. Let people do what they want in the way that they want to do as long as they don't hurt anyone else. People who smoke Marijuana and drive should be breaking the law just as if you drink and drive. Some kind of standard needs to be devised to determine if they are under the influence and not legal to drive. I also don't believe that the use of Marijuana should be able to be used as any excuse for committing other crimes. Otherwise let it be grown, sold, and taxed. The free market will take care of the rest.
