I will assume you are talking about a real horse and not a plastic model. It is not mentioned what part of the horse tasted like raisins. I will also assume it was somewhere near his mouth. If he had recently eaten fruit or something sweet this could give his saliva a certain flavor. If the odor persists though consult your vet as this could possibly be the start of an infection in his teeth or sinuses.
