On the right side fender under a plastic cover there are 4 square relays.
4.0 L inline 6 cylinder and 2.5 L inline 4 cylinder.
6 for a 6 cylinder. 5 for a 4 cylinder.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee didn't exist until 1993.
There are no 92 V-6's... V-6's were only in the XJ for early/mid 80's & replace by the 4.0L inline 6 cylinder in 1987. Renix controlled from 1987 - 1990 /91 HO engines from 1991 up. (Various head designs but overall the same. Most parts interchange.)
It's in the gas tank on my 1995 Cherokee. Quite possibly in the same place on yours, though I can't say for sure.
probably needs a tune up

The 1990 Ford F-150 can have either the : 4.9 liter ( 300 cubic inch ) inline 6 cylinder 5.0 liter ( 302 cubic inch ) V8 5.8 liter ( 351 cubic inch ) V8
If the same as the 95 Country, look at the undercarriage near the rear tire on the side where you fill your gas tank.
yes
My 1988 Cherokee was doing the same thing until I replaced the Idle Air Control valve. It is located on the throttle body.
