Mustangs or "wild horses" are horses that are or were born in the wild some live in the wild their whole life. But the usual difference is that domesticated horses are trained and you can ride without worry where wild horses are untamed or untrained and will and can do unexpected actions.

Hope this will help!!

There is currently only one breed of wild horse left in the world, that being the Przewalski horse. To compare a Przewalksi horse to any other breed of horse left in the world, you would see a stockier build, including shorter legs and bigger hooves. All other "wild" horse breeds, like the Mustang, are actually feral horses. A feral horse is a horse that is not tame, but is descendant from a domesticated horse.

AnswerBecause domestic horses are not subject to the kind of dangers that wild horses are, plus if they get sick or get injured they have humans in the form of their owners and veterinarians to help them heal and get better. They readily have access to shelter that is often better than what wild horses can have, and they also have good quality feed and mineral fed to them whenever they need or want it. Many horses are not shut up in stalls but are let out to their pasture and to socialize with other horses and their humans.

So in short, domestic horses last longer than wild horses because they have humans to take good care of them.

AnswerWild horses actually live longer than domesticated because they are not put under the stress of living in a stall, and their feet are not constricted by horseshoes, which constrict blood flow in the legs along with several other bad things horseshoes cause, stressing the heart, shortening the horses lifespan. Domestic horses digestive system is not used the right way either because most domestic horses are kept in a stall and fed 2-4 large meals a day, when a horses digestive system was made only to handle very small meals spread throughout the day. This can cause colic, which can be deadly. Also, in a stall, horses are not with other horses, which is stressful too, because in a horses mind, safety is in the herd, and therefore, away from the herd is dangerous, which causes stress. And then, horses run off stress, but in a stall, horses cannot do that, so stress builds up, and stress shortens the lifespan also. Also, blankets are bad, because part of the horse is hot, part of it is cold, and the body doesnt know what to do, so half of it is cold and half is hot, which is not good. they have a very good way of heating and cooling themselves and do not need blankets or have their coats clipped.
Some people have learned about this though, and are keeping their horses as natural as possible, in a pasture 24/7 with other horses with no blankets, a natural coat and barefoot. These horses live longer than the over stressed horses that live in stalls, even if it is only part time.

Normally yes they do. In most cases, animals living in captivity live longer than those living in the wild simply because there is little to no competition for food, they are in a relatively safe environment and if they become ill, they are cared for by a veterinarian.

Depends how they are taken care of. Normally, I would say yes. Because in the wild they have predators and they don't always have food in the wild, whereas on a farm they have some type of protection and they have a steady diet.

Horses can live up to thirty years or longer if they are well cared for. Ponies generally live longer than larger horses, just as smaller dogs generally live longer than larger dogs. Morgans are a hearty breed of horse, so if well cared for, should easily live into their twenties or early thirties.
