it is usually gas. if you eat a lot of lettuce or bread it can cause it to bloat the most. if you feel like your stomache bloats a lot, especially if you eat fruit or sugar get tested for parasites. the most common one is giardia and can cause extreme bloating.

Probably because of your diet. Take a few days off from processed foods and sodas and eat simply. Get enough rest, drink 4-6 cups of water, and take a walk around the block. Add an apple, and some veggies to your diet. In a few days, the issue should be resolved.

because you are storing food in your stomach and then you digest it out and then when you digested it all out you will be hungry again .... it usually takes about 4 hours to digest everything :)

There are two kinds of bloating:

Bloating from water and fiber filled vegetables (like if you eat a lot of raw broccoli or cauliflower or apples). This is a normal and healthy process and it aids in moving food through your body for digestion.

Bloating from salt and junk food (like if you go out for Mexican burritos and drink 3 salty margaritas). This is a horrible bloating feeling and its not very healthy. You're retaining water because you're body feels dehydrated from all of the salt. Drink lots of salt and eat lots of fiber filled raw veggies (as mentioned above) to help this bloating to be elminiated the right way.
