Someone installed the wrong type of check valve
When you blow through the reed it vibrates and goes through each hole and the bell. The more keys covered the lower the noise is.

Under the car you open a plate that covers the oil sump it has to bolts on each end ,then on the sump you will find a bolt in the middle of the sump unscrew it then you are home .
