The method of slaughtering animals consists of using a well sharpened knife to make a swift, deep incision that cuts the front of the throat, the carotid artery, wind pipe and jugular veins but leaves the spinal cord intact. The head of an animal that is slaughtered using halal methods is aligned with the Qiblah. In addition to the direction, permitted animal should be slaughtered in the name of Allah (the Lord) and the person who is slaughtering should be a Muslim and he/she should be in a good mental condition and faith.

Regular chicken is for all non-muslims. The method of slaughtering is not acceptable

to PETA - People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals - which has videos of ritual halal slaughtering which show animals convulsed in pain as they take up to three minutes to die.

The second problem is a terrorist funding issue. All halal products require the monetary purchase of halal certification from a major Muslim entity - and some of that money inevitably supports terror efforts against the West.

Because halal meat is slaugthered the Islamic way. "Regular" meat is just shot which makes it haraam. Like they shoot the cow, chicken, birds, etc. Islamic meat is different and it is clean as well.
