Drain partially plugged or the main line has collasped. Bad venting. Tree roots could have got into the drain. Possible quick fix. Fill a 5 gallon bucket 3/4 full and pour it into the bowl as fast as it will take it. This is a much larger volume of water than normal and may flush out the line.

This may depend on your piping as galvanised piping flakes from the inside, these particles drift to the jet of the inlet of your toilet and block it up. Cleaning the jet will solve this problem. However, bigger flakes may get blocked at the toilet stop cock which means that it may need to be opened and closed a few times to crush the particles. Cleaning the jet after doing this may be necessary.

Drain is becoming clogged or collapseing. If on a septic tank, it may be getting full. A possible quick fix. Fill a 5 gallon bucket with water and pour it into the bowl as fast as it will take it. Bring the water level up to the rim. This is a much larger volume of water than normal and may flush out the line. It can't hurt anything.

The toilet may take so long to fill after you flush because the water pressure is so low. Generally, the water should fill up the tank in less than a minute.

Probably because your water pressure is very bad or because the inlet is somewhat clogged.

The fill valve flap is defective, causing the water to leak out. The fluid master that alllows water to enter the tank is jambed, defective or worn out and needs to be replaced.

What is wrong if the sink and the bathtub will drain but the toilet wont flush?

The toilet itself is plugged or the pipe from the toilet to the drain is plugged. It may be that the tub and sink have their own drain pipe that may connect to the main away from the toilet drain. Plunge the toilet or sometimes if you fill a 5 gallon bucket with water and pour it into the toilet as fast as it will take it, that will flush out the line. It is a greater amount of water all at once an forces out what the clog is.

How long does urine stink?

It depends what you mean. If you mean how long it takes to get an odor, then it make take a couple of hours to start smelling. If urine is in a toilet, it will stink until you flush it. Sometimes there will be an odor after you flush, and it might be time to clean the toilet. If it is in your clothes, then the smell will remain until you wash them.
