You likely have a short or bare wire somewhere. Whatever the fuse is for trace the wires using a wiring diagram or have it checked at a shop. Sometimes you may have extra juice from somewhere else coming across the same line. Don't just change the fuse until the original problem is solved. What the fuse is for is also important in diagnosing....ie: If you have problems with a hatchback or wagon and the fuse is something to do with the back lift/door maybe you have a short in a wire in the harness going to the door.

Your main fuse is 100 amps (1200 watts). One of your positive circuits on the car is grounding out and blowing the fuse. Take it to an auto electical shop if there is one near you. If not, take it to the Ford dealer. It's impossible for you to detect where this ground out is unless you can see or smell it.
