When Romeo first appears he is deeply saddened over his love for Rosaline, but then he notices Juliet. He falls deeply in love with Juliet at first sight of her and she too falls in love with him. Romeo changes from being sad to being extremely happy and in love with someone who loves him back.

there is something called love at first sight. if you mean "change" as in decide to love one of the capulets, there is believably nothing stronger than true love, and a stupid conflict between two families cant stop it.
