if it has just been separated from his mother he is shaking because he has been separated from his mother and is not used to his surroundings and is nervous. its OK he/she will soon get over it trust me i have 7 of my own lol

They are very weak and need to be with their mothers, so they can gain strength through the nutrients in the breast milk.
some kittens can walk but not very well they tip over and get back up and try again but mostly what they do at 2 weeks old they sand and tip over it is really cut when they r trying 2 walk (and trust me right now i have 2 cates that had kittens 3 weeks ago there is 9 in all there 10 but 1 dide :(..)

Yes! Puppies should have started at least trying to walk at just a few weeks. If a 6 week old puppy is not walking, take him/her to the vet immediately.
