Check for usage of incorrect bulb.

Check for incorrect (excessive) or fluctuating battery voltage with engine speed of 2500 RPM and while revving the engine (snap throttle.)

Check for water in the lens.

Check for poor connection (loose or corroded) at battery terminals.

Check for poorly functioning rear shock absorbers, bad tires, imbalanced tire, or bent rear axles or wheel rims.

Check for lights remaining on when they should be off.

Check for usage of rough road surfaces or off-road usage of vehicle.

Correct as needed.
