Being married doesn't automatically solve a problem of emotional isolation. Even physical proximity can't. Developing close, loving, consistent relationships is a good way to help with feeling isolated, but even if the marriage is perfect the feeling could persist. Maybe think about whether you are holding part of yourself back from the people around you, or whether you feel like you can "be yourself." If not, try to open up a little bit more to others... they will usually do the same in return, and you might feel more connected.
If normal relationships don't help at all, one place where many people find comfort and banish lonely feelings in in religion... developing a relationship with God. Depending on what you believe, you might want to try that as well.
