The answer to THIS question seems immediately obvious. All of the resources of the internet are available but you have to look for the information you need. How would someone else know you wanted it?

To quote from episode 5 of the Hitch-Hikers' Guide To The Galaxy by Douglas Adams:
"DEEP THOUGHT: Good Evening
"ONE: Good Evening...Oh Deep Thought...do you have...
"D T: An answer for you? Yes, I have
"...
"ONE: To Everything? To the great question of Life, the Universe and Everything?
"D T: Yes
"...
"D T: Though I don't think you're going to like it
"TWO: Doesn't matter! We must know it!
"...
"D T: You're really not going to like it.
"TWO: Tell us!!!!
"D T: All right. The Answer to Everything...
"TWO: Yes...!
"D T; Life, The Universe and Everything...
"ONE: Yes...!
"D T: Is...
"TWO: Yes...!
"D T: IS...!
"ONE: YES...!
"D T: Forty two...It was a tough assignment
"ONE/TWO: Forty two!!
"D T: I think the problem (such as it was) was...You never actually stated what the question was."
So there you have it. Deep Though designed....oops, that was Slartibartfast...
We can give you lots of answers, but unless you tell us the question any answer you get is going to be next to worthless...unless you like playing/watching Jeopardy?
i dont know!!! im just finding the answers of my questions.
just tell the truth to the questions asked, dont lie or embelish the truth
Yes there is. ` where?? don't just give stupid answers to questions.
give us answers people just dont get that
I found that answers.com doesnt have any answers... just questions. Dont waste your time with this site
give her attitude and then just be quiet, if she asks you questions dont answer
your questions SHOULD. go to your profile and see your questions there
Actually, this site answers many questions. It is just that answers are not usually immediate. Sometimes people give inappropriate answers and they have to be cleared so others can see the questions and have the chance to give appropriate answers. It is possible that others don't know the answer, so you have to wait until someone can answer. Now, if you ask the question poorly, don't categorize it correctly, or break the rules, you might not get any answer.
According to the Answers home page, as of today, there are 54,988,638 members. Members PLUS non-members have asked 45,825,089 questions. Of that grand total, 32,736,986 of the questions have answers and often also have an Expert Answer. So your statement that Answers does not give answers is incorrect. Of course, we are still working on answering the other 13,088,103 questions.. .. ah, if there were just more hours in the day, I might be able to get to a few million more!
we are not brain dead, its just that some of the questions dont make any sense.
So they can help give you the answers to question if you need help with anything just ask and then you'll have your answer.
The most effective way is to answer lots of questions, especially new questions, and make sure that your answers are correct. Everybody gets a few answers wrong now and then, but if you do as much research and fact-checking as possible, you will have the best possible chance of getting your answers right. Remember that Google is your friend.Of course, not all questions have a right or wrong answer, so in that case you just need to express your ideas as eloquently as you can. Also, try to "go the extra mile" with your answers. Don't ramble on about things that aren't relevant to the question, but make your answers as complete as possible. For example, if someone asks, "What U.S. state has 7 letters in its name?" don't just name one, name all of them.If you give good answers, then people will eventually give you trust points. People aren't going to give you trust points if you just write not very detailed answers or if your answers don't make sense, or if you are spamming. So just give good answers, and answer a lot of questions!
