TIME! That's it. However, several things can cause you to appear older.

Sunlight, or more specifically UV rays can cause wrinkles.

Stretching skin can cause wrinkles.

Certain diseases or conditions can cause hair loss, or greying. Maybe stress too?

If you don't treat them right, say, lack of nutrients or exercise, muscles can weaken.

Lack of nutrients also causes skin to sag.

Smoking cigarettes or pretty much any other sort of drug can make you look older.

But I suppose, the main factor, is children.
