Some Muslims, not all of them. They probably think that Bahá'ís are heretic. Among other things, Bahá'ís believe that Bahá'u'lláh is sent by God, and that he has the same station or rank as Muhammad. Some Muslims would consider this a heresy. Similarly, some Christians consider it a heresy if we claim that Bahá'u'lláh has the same rank as Jesus Christ (which we do). However, fortunately, so far there have not been serious persecutions from Christians against Bahá'ís.
Unfortunately, religious persecution comes in many places - not only Muslims persecuting Bahá'ís. Many of the bloody wars in the history of the World have been over "differences of opinion" (to quote from Gulliver's Travels) - and many different religions have been somehow involved in them.

Although both Christianity and Islam await the return of Christ (tr. 'anointed one'), they reject Baha'u'llah (tr. 'glory of God') as fulfilling that expectation based on fallible interpretation of their respective scriptures. Muslims believe Muhammad to have been the last and FINAL messenger from God and that Jesus would return as a fellow Muslim and follower of Islam; therefore, they view Baha'is as apostates.

The world seems to find it entirely acceptable (including Muslims themselves) when droves of Muslims are killed by other people who are at least nominally Muslim. Therefore the deaths of Muslims brought about due to crimes perpetrated by nominal Muslims get little response. However, as soon as a non-Muslim does a minimal amount of similar crimes, there is a furor across the world. This double standard is why anti-Israel sentiment is far more acceptable and common than anti-Sudan, anti-Iran, and anti-Turkey sentiment.
