Religious antisemites think Jews are bad because of their beliefs: They killed Jesus, they refused salvation.

Cultural antisemitites think Jews are bad because of what they supposedly do: They control the banks, they conspire against civilization.

Racial antisemitites think Jews are bad because of who they supposedly are: They have evil genes, they are not really human.

I think it is something that is deeply embedded in the culture of white supremacists. Jews have lived in Europe for over two millenia and they were continually discriminated against and attacked for several reasons. I think this hatred took time to develop into full form, which culminated in the Holocaust. Jews were often blamed for being communists, thieves, too powerful, and seen as a threat to the white race because of several ideologies which in and of themselves were very delusional and irrational. This question can also be asked of any supremacist group, such as the Brown Berets and La Raza (Latino hate groups), New Black Panther Party (African American hate group), and other Asian and Middle Eastern hate groups. Each has their own agenda for why they hate other races and think of themselves as superior and others as below them. They all stem from thoughts caused by anti-social thinking and these, in turn, cause several behavioral patterns that carry these delusional thoughts.

The hatred comes from different places. Among Neo-Nazis, the hatred is a concern over racial purity. Neo-Nazis believe that Jews are subhuman, inferior, and rotting society to the core. Among Socialists, the hatred comes from the view that Israel is an imperialist entity and the source of many of the world's ills. There are also some hints of a racism of higher expectations, which means that the Socialist expects the Jews to behave in a morally superior way to other people by dint of being Jews.

Of course, both views are incorrect; Jews are equal to all other humans and are active contributors to society, usually pulling more than their per-capita-weight and Israel is a state of an endemic Middle Eastern people (which is therefore not imperialist) whose politics are only a minor part of the violence and turbulence in the Middle East and should not be imputed to all Jews in the same way that the actions of the Chinese government should not be imputed to all Chinese people.

This is a bit of a loaded question. I would respectfully withdraw and refer you instead to the measured answer of Prioktan 918.

What is anti-anti-semitism?

It's exactly what it sounds like: Opposition to those who harbor anti-Jewish views and opposition the anti-Jewish views themselves. The difference between anti-anti-Semitism and Philo-Semitism (lover of Jews) is slight. A Philo-Semite usually makes proactively positive arguments (i.e. Jews are good because they win more Nobel Prizes per capita) whereas an anti-anti-Semite refutes anti-Jewish arguments (i.e. the racial theory of Judaism makes little sense when there are White Jews, Arab Jews, Black Jews, and East-Asian Jews). However, many anti-anti-Semites are also Philo-Semites because they will mix the positive arguments with the critiques of negative ones.

What hyphenated word means someone who hates Jews?

Did germans hate polish Jews?

Who are "Other Germans"? Other works only based on a referential. If "other" refers to individuals not directly affiliated with the Nazi Party, then you have a mixed bag. Anti-Semitism was quite normal in Germany prior to the Rise of the Nazis, but it was not something that would have led to mass violence without someone to instigate. Of course, there were also a minority of Germans (still large numbers, but a minority) who did not harbor any feelings towards Jews or actually tried to help them and sympathized with them.

What is the difference between anti-semitism and anti-zionism?

Anti-Semitism is a hatred, revulsion, or denigration of Jewish people and a belief that those people are somehow (by dint of their genetics) more violent, conniving, mischievous, and dastardly than other people. In some cases, like the Nazis or Extremist Muslims, they are considered a "sub-human" race, on par with monkeys. Almost all Anti-Semites are not Jews for the simple reason that no person would willingly consider himself a putrid thing. Anti-Zionism is a rejection of Zionism. Zionism is merely Jewish Nationalism, the belief that Jews have a right to have their own country where they can determine their own future. Zionists can be both Jews and non-Jews and Anti-Zionists can be both Jews and non-Jews, because the question of whether the Jews have a right to a state is a political question. Since the Jews were able to create such a country, Israel, Anti-Zionism is usually seen as Anti-Israel sentiment. It is important to note that there are those who wish to argue that Anti-Semitism does not apply exclusively to Jews (since there are non-Jewish Semites), but the term Anti-Semite has never been used to describe anything but Jew-hatred. Additionally, people like to claim that Zionism is a code word for an international cabal of evil Jews trying to control the world. Aside from the fact that such a cabal does not exist, such a thing would fall under Anti-Semitism, not Zionism or Anti-Zionism since this cabal would not be concerned with Jewish Nationalism.

What is judeophobia?

Judeophobia is a term which should replace anti-Semitism. I see it in action, and people who make nasty comments about Jews do not mention Semites at all.
