i think that homless people have the rights to do anything that a person with a house has i.e.(If you will become homeless within 28 days your local authority (council) only has to re-house you immediately also Homeless people still have rights. You may have rights to get help from the council's housing and social work departments. In addition, you will not lose your rights to claim benefits, access medical help, or vote, if you become homeless.)

Because they smell like urine and cheap liquor. They ask for money and give you some bull story about needing it for food, when you know they're going to buy more liquor. If they wanted food, they'd go to one of the many local homeless shelters.

And if you give in and try to give them a five spot, they try to steal your wallet and you have to punch them in the nose and flag a cop down. People only treat the homeless badly in self-defense.

I think that some people may not want to waste energy on nothing, and are pretty lazy. That's wicked, to my opinion. I hate it! people are jerks and don't see the homeless people's needs !!

(in the US) Homeless people DO have the same rights as all other citizens, providing that they (and eneryone else) obeys the laws, they just don't have any 'extra-special' rights.
