Why do Christians celebrate the resurrection of Christ?
Christians believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead on the third day. They believe that he died and rose again so that God the Father would forgive their sins, a cause for celebration.
Because of the resurrection of Christ Jesus, Christian's have assurance of the resurrection of all persons-some to salvation; some to perdition. That is God's ultimate answer to the problem of death. Easter is one of Christianity's oldest festivals, except for the weekly Sunday celebration. Celebrating Christ Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection was well established in most churches by A.D. 100.

The resurrection of Jesus is celebrated by Christians on Easter Sunday, the date of which varies each year.
Resurrection; per God religions; occurs on the Resurrection day or Judgement Day where all people will be judged by God (or Allah) and either accepted per God mercy in His Par…adise or be pushed in Hell fire (Judaism religion don't believe in Hell fire).
Certainly we are thankful that Jehovah resurrected him, but in fact the only thing he commanded his followers to observe was his death. ( Luke 22:17-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26… ). It is interesting that there is no example among the first century Christians of them commemorating either the birth or the resurrection of Jesus, but only his death as he commanded.
Because the Easter celebration is about when he died for your sins and rose again. He asked Christians to observe this.
Easter is the accepted time when Christians remember the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus.. Many times throughout the year, Christians take part in the Lord's Supper,… where through the breaking of bread and drinking of "wine" they commemorate Jesus' sacrifice.
Why do Christian Spiritualists call themselves Christian when they dont believe in the resurrection or the attonement of Christ so if jesus is not the Christ then how can they be Christians?
They can't... If Jesus isn't your Christ, savior, and Lord then you're not a Christian. Answer : There is no ultimate council or committee to determine any groups "offi…cial" Christian status. As a consequence the identification is a self declaration. In short if you say you are then you are (at least in the eyes of yourselves) The rest of the non-Christiam world (more than 2/3 of the human race) doesn't care anyway.
25th December - Christmas Day. But actually no one knows when is the exact date when Jesus was born. The Christmas day we celebrate is not the exact date when Jesus was born.
In a word: Yes. Christians celebrate Jesus' resurrection on Easter.
Christians celebrate the Resurrection on Easter.
No where are we specifically commanded by God to celebrate this. However we are told that the resurrection is the center piece of Christianity. If you can prove that Jesus did… not rise from the dead than all of Christianity is wrong. Many people have tried to prove that Jesus did not rise from the dead and they have been completely defeated. We do find in the book of Acts that the Christians started worshipping God on Sunday. It seems that the day of worship was changed in order to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus.

The symbolism of new life fits with the original pagan spring rituals.
Really?! Cause Christmas IS the celebration of his birthday. CHRIST-mas... It didnt exist before that!
He was crucified on Friday-1st day, Saturday was the 2nd day, Sunday was the 3rd day. Scripture does not say three full days. Matthew 20:19 and will hand him over to the Genti…les to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third he will be raised to life!"
