he was a drugatic and an alcoholic so to cope with this problem, he wrote poetry and short stories. he couldn't find anything else that worked. years later, he was found dead and it was reported that drugs and drinks were the cause of his death. he was usually in great amounts of pain. writing and thinking of writing always calmed him down and now he is famous too!
