if you are banned on pixie hollow, Disney should have sent you an email saying when your ban is lifted. if not, I'd say wait a week or less then try to log on. unless you are a repeat offender (and by repeat, i mean more than just once or twice) then they may have already threatened to permanently shut down your account. If they did, oh well, you'll just have to make a new one. unfortunately, Disney does run the site, and there's no cheat that can lift a ban. maybe you could hire a professional hacker?
