maybe because the heat is to high for the fuse to bear. You probably have it on all the time

If it blows as soon as you turn it on, it is a dead short, pinched wire, bad blower motor. If it takes a while for it to blow, it is probably the blower motor going bad causing a strain and drawing more current than intended.
