Purge is actually not a real poke'mon created by Nintendo , therefore it is not in the poke'dex but you can catch it with an action replay, the code for it is ( if you have an actoin replay ) 234Purge432@catch$cavern i might have messed up because i don't really remember it, but you can try that or you can get some actoin replay codes online if you want. then you must go to Google and try to find some there.
And one last note, purge sucks, he can't attack. He only intimidates your opponates poke'mon. I think at level 100 he learns like 2-3 really good moves only he can know, so unless you are willing to spend the time getting him up, its not worth it.
