Vegetable's are not gross you just may not like the way they taste. Vegetable's are very good for you though, they contain all the necessary vitamins that we need to stay healthy. If you don't like the way they taste you can still buy juice that contains fruits and vegetables, but allow you to only taste the fruit. This way you'll still get some of the great health benefits of vegetables.
